Roof Doctor was able to find/fix a leak that 5 other roofers tried cheap (unsuccessful) methods to fix a problem that lasted 2 years. Roof Doctor provided a proper diagnosis that was maybe not what we wanted to hear, but was what was actually needed to be done. We wasted 2 years and hundreds of dollars prior paying roofers money to do cheap fixes (that didn't work) because they were cheap, but it wasted time and didn't fix the problem. Roof Doctor was honest, straight forward, and fair, and mainly the leak has not come back in 2 years. We are very pleased and trust their understanding of how roofs work. We will use/recommend him again.
I worked with Steve to fix my severely damaged roof. He was very prompt, polite, and professional. I was very pleased with the quality of work he did and would recommend him to all of my friends! He was a life saver! Steve is the man and is the best in the business!
Roof Dr came out the same day I am very pleased with services.. Fixed chimney flashing and missing shingles from wind damages.. I found his prices to be the very best and he made it out the same day! Thank You Roof Dr!!! I highly recommend him!!
2) When I told him that I would not even consider him if he charged to do an estimate, he stated that MOST companies wouldn't even come out if they didn't charge. VERY UNTRUE!
3) He was extremely rude to me. I told him that he could save his spiel because if he charged for an estimate, I wouldn't even consider using him.. He stated that he wasn't going to come out anyway but asked what OTHER roofers told me the problem was.
Call ANOTHER COMPANY, this guy DOES NOT deserve ANYONE'S business.
FYI..For anyone looking to get an estimate, forget this guy!
