We rented two storage units to temporarily store our belongings in between homes. We also rented a moving truck. I see a lot of negative reviews on here. This is a storage unit, not a resort or eatery where customer service needs to be over the top. Not sure why the reviews are so negative. Our rentals went smoothly and I just called to end our rental of the storage units. It was quick and simple. Dealings with this business were nothing but hassle free and straight forward. Important because if you are in need of storage or truck rentals you have enough other things to deal with.
I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Their customer service skills lack professionalism. The owner is very rude and short with you when you call or in person.
If I would have known they charge you a full months storage fee for the entire month, I wouldn't have moved my stuff out so quickly by hiring movers, cleaning out the storage unit, so someone else could use it.
They charge you an arm and a leg if your late. The lady that works there isn’t too smart
I work in property management and it is illegal to double charge rent. If you need storage, I would recommend Security Self Storage. They treat their customers with respect and integrity!!!
I've had an indoor storage room at this facility for a while now. Today marks the second time my pin to get in has just stopped working, and I've been locked out. Another problem is the front gate is stuck open every couple of weeks, so this place isn't very secure. And good luck reaching some one to talk to.
Not to mention they would refund you your money and not keep it from you. The owner needs customer service classes and how to work with the public!!!
I reserved a U-Haul truck to pick up with the 24/7 mobile app. I called the day before to confirm that it was ready. When I arrived, U-Haul had no record of my reservation. No one answered the 24 hour phone line. I had to wait until the office opened and start a new contract. When the office opened, the employee was so rude and hateful that she made me cry! I ended up paying my moving helpers for two hours of standing and waiting until we could finally get a truck. There are plenty of other U-Haul dealers in the area; I'd recommend trying one of those first.
I called to ask when I would receive my prorated monthly charge back and the owner said, "you don't once you're in you're in!". Not in a friendly manner very rude, I might add. When I spoke to the lady in the office I was told differently.
Go to another facility!!!
