DO not rent space from them they don't fix anything on time but they take
your money and you have to have insurance with them but when something happens they take there time.
Great service, randy and Toby are awesome, nice units, clean w/ easy access to all units. Reason only 4 stars access11 to facility is NOT 24hrs locks at, I think, 9pm and units are a bit pricey. My unit is, again I may be off on dimensions, 10 x 10 x 20 for 150 per mo. I have been there 2 yrs and the rent went up 25% for me from 119 to 149.
For two months I have gotten promise after promise from Joe that he would look at two tapes and call me back. He has not honored his promise! I have even sent him a card to remind him and still have never gotten a call back from him. What kind of man does not honor his word? Don't take his word for anything!! Just found out yesterday (after two months of lies) that there were no tapes to look at because the video security system has been down since June. Joe never got a card I sent him because Randy opened it. Nothing but lies and stringing me along for two months. What was wrong with telling the truth. They have no honor!!!
