Good all the way around.. food.. service ...wait staff and the atmosphere. Owner Jim Chappell always makes sure you are taken care of and very welcoming. A go to pleasurable experience.
This was a my first trip to Chappell's. First thing you notice is the vast amount of sports memorabilia, the atmosphere was a great. The food was ok, I ordered the special which was the chicken fried chicken. The piece of chicken was not that big and the one side you get with the special was small also. The next issue was with the waiter and the speed of service, the waiter was rarely seen by us and the speed of getting our food took way to long.I would understand having slow service if they were busy but there was only 6 other tables there at the time we were. Two other people in my party had been here before and said the service and food was way better than it was this time.

Great place choice for sports buffs. I stopped in for a late meal after being at the hospital all day. Food was good, service friendly.
