Called to place order and sat on hold for 5-7 minutes. Figured it was busy....but no it was dead inside (obviously a reason for this).
Oh my yumminess! I just stopped in for a take out and they served me chips and salsa along a glass of water as I waited! What hospitality! ❤ The food there to me, as always, is delicious!

Jose peppers is very consistent with very good food. The place is always clean and the food never lets me down.
Location is 5 minutes from our house. Picked up our meal to go. Food felt like it had been in a fridge all day. Very stale and Chewy
Received an empty salsa container
Food is still good, but the margaritas are no longer worth it. The last four visits they've been bad. If a restaurant is going to promote a drink it better be consistently good.
I will never use this location again.

Called back to talk to manager. Waited 10 minutes, manager answered and asked me to hold. Waited on hold another 5 minutes while manager went to office to get some info. After coming off the second hold I was back with the hostess and she had to track down the manager.
The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great. But the thing makes the Liberty store a fine dinning experience is the staff.
Chips to go were fine but nowhere near the portion they used to provide. Also skinnied down to 1 bag of chips per order instead of 1 per meal.
Johnathan Mitchell, server, is very attentive to your every need, mostly by his intuition.
