We went in because we've never been before. Wanted to try it out. Got taken to our table, we ask the hostess for a high-chair for our 1 year old. She informed us that they don't allow high-chairs at the booths... W.T.F? Who does that? Why can't I have a chair for my son? So, we walked out. Not going to give my money to a place that inconveniences customers this way.
We visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered their $30 family deal. The appetizer had to be sent back and they did not have the dessert we ordered (after the server told us he was pretty sure all the desserts were available). The manager told us he was going to make it right and then we were charged full price. They finally did give a $4.00 discount. We will not be returning to this establishment.
Whoever controls the event planning might need to rethink the strategy. I love that they donate to good causes. But by "strategy" I am referring to the loud woman who doesn't stop talking with a microphone for 3 hours straight. Such a great dinner environment...
The pizza is good. The menu has much more than just pizza yet still feels cohesive. Good food menu for happy hour. The beer list is decent and although the wait staff is not very knowledgeable about the beers, they will happily confer with the bartender to answer questions or get suggestions. They will also bring you a sample.
We have always had good luck at these locations and this was no exception. The lunch crowd was minimal and the service was friendly and did a good job with our table. We had a fairly large lunch crowd with children and they handled us well. The food came quickly and was tasty.
