Pros: Above-average burger (but definitely not "the best in the city"), super friendly and patient cashier, and mostly friendly bartenders and servers. Cons: The fries were flavorless and not hot, the white cheddar "cheese bites" were switched out for mozzarella sticks without anyone asking us, and the grill cook was shockingly rude. (When I got to the pick-up window, he told me that he was not going to give me my food, which was already paid for and boxed up, because he did not like the fact that I'd been given a dine-in deal on a carry-out order. "You can't do that," he kept saying, as if I'd rung the order up for myself. I kept telling him that I'd informed the cashier that it was a carry-out order and had paid exactly what I'd been charged, but he couldn't seem to grasp the fact that he needed to take the issue up with the cashier, not the customers. Luckily he had to go flip a burger, and while he wasn't looking the dude who boxed up the food handed it over to me.)
Great burgers. Condiment bar is a great idea, wish more places did it. Onion rings were very good. Disappointed the cheese curds were switched to mozzarella sticks. Atmosphere was great. Nice selection of things to do. Staff was friendly and attentive.
We used to come here for the flea market, now it's all about the burgers! Juicy, cooked to order with toppings of your choice. MmmMmm! Add curly fries & a drink... Perfection!
Great food. Ruben is kinda salty. But the staff and management fixed us right up no questions asked. Well played. The burger replacement was amazing. Oh did I mention they have a plethera of pinball. Ali was our server and was outstanding!!! Did I mention the kitchen staff always friendly and hard working. Oh one last thing don't forget to bring cash..
Wonderful burgers and a decent beer selection. You order at the counter and when your burger is done you dress it yourself. No having to worry about asking for no pickles or not getting enough mayonnaise. The patty meat is made locally and is always just the right amount of juicy. It is a cash only place, though so be prepared or okay with using the atm in the restaurant.
