My husband and I stopped by to see what our options were, and even though we didn't leave with a car today, we will DEFINITELY be back. The woman that helped us was ( BRE) and she was AMAZING. She didn't treat us like we were just another $$ sign walking through the door, she went above and beyond for us. She won't put you in a car just to make a sale. She wants her customers to leave happy! Seriously AMAZING experience ! Car Smart is lucky to have her as an employee :)

Everyone there was a joy to work with. I went in with serious doubts about any dealership finding a bank that would work with my poor credit and limited money for a down payment and wound leaving in a car I love and a payment I can afford. Best of all, they gave me enough for my old car to pay off the loan. I highly recommend them!
Ted Heeter isn't lying when he says he's "a dealer for the people"! I have less than perfect credit, and was able to trade my 2002 Chevy Impala in for a 2015 Chevy Malibu! The whole process took less than 2 hours before I was able to drive off the lot in my new car! They even gave me an extra day to finish up loose ends with gathering personal references, proof of residence, and proof of insurance. I was personally tended to by Lara (such a nice and awesome salesperson!) who rode with me to test drive the car, and even got to meet Ted as well! The next time you're looking to trade in a vehicle for a newer car, I highly recommend putting CarSmart at the top of your list!

Jolene was awesome! Came in to see what inventory was available and to talk about trading in my old 2002 Explorer. I still owed quite a bit of money on it, but that didn't seem to matter to CarSmart! They hooked me up with a brand new ride after getting me approved. $0 down! Both my wife and I have now purchased cars here and we both would use them again!
