Clark was extremely helpful going back and forth on details, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle / features, made paperwork easy, and I always felt comfortable even though I hadnt even seen the car in person. Most importantly, the folks at Gary Crossley are fair and honest. I got a good feeling from my first phone call with Clark and it was a great experience from that point on.
Awesome experience! This was my first car buying experience and Marc was extremely helpful. He was able to get everything I needed and within my price budget. He was not pushy but still made sure I got everything done that needed to be done. I was not sure what to expect when buying my first car but he made the whole experience easy and understandable. Next time I buy a car I will definitely come back to Gary Crossey and I will definitely come back and see Marc!

Mindy Hannah was very helpful finding me the car that fit my needs. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy something off the lot or order a 2018 model Focus. She had a 2017 Focus on the lot that was used but very low miles. It had more features than what I would have ordered new. I'm very happy with my 2017 Focus.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience purchasing a vehicle from Gary Crossley Ford. In the course of less than 24 hours, I went from being stuck on the side of the road in an old Grand Marquis that I wouldn’t be able to repair, to driving off the Ford lot in a 2017 Fiesta. The whole process was super fast, and I got a tremendous deal on this beautiful car. I’ll admit, I was worried I’d be given the short end of the stick since this was my first time purchasing a new car, but Dave took good care of me and ended my worries. I’ve always been a fan of Ford (it’s a family thing), and I had intended on making my first car a Ford. Did I mention that the car came with free car washes for the LIFE of the vehicle? Now I don’t have to worry about keeping the exterior clean. Everyone at the dealership was kind, courteous, and professional. And never once did I feel like I was pushed to buy something I didn’t need. TLDR; went from beater to a sharp new Fiesta in less than 24 hours, staff was great, got a great deal, now super happy with a new car.
