My insurance wasn't accepted at this location but they were the closest to me, so I called and my insurance company made an exception and permitted me to be seen by their clinic. When I tried to make my appointment the staff was extremely rude to me. They refused to make an appointment for me and refused to verify with the insurance company that my care would be paid for because they were too lazy to make the phone call. They wanted me to go to Overland Park which would be too far for me to travel. I had the letter from my insurance company saying I could use their N. Oak Trafficway facility and it WOULD be covered, but they didn't care. It would require them an extra step of having to include that letter with the claim they filed and they were completely unwilling to do that. Lazy, unprofessional and RUDE.
