Dr. Cooper was my primary care physician for about 10 years and i always appreciated the personal care and attention to detail she provided. I only switched to another personal care provider due to moving out of state; otherwise i'd still be seeing her.
I mean-- I understand a doctor's time is very valuable. But so is the patient's. This custom of REQUIRING a patient to spend 45 minutes to an hour filling out paperwork is outrageous. Common. But still outrageous.
Awful. I go to all the trouble to make an appointment. They attempt to send some New Patient packet in the mail. It doesn't get to me because they still have my address in their system wrong; I forget about the whole thing. I show up *only* seven minutes early for the appointment, and Dr. Cooper REFUSES to see me.
