Not a wonderful experience. I called back 10 minutes after placing my order with an updated card sentiment, but that did not get delivered with the flowers (even though they said it would). I 'upgraded' my order, but the delivered bouquet only appeared to have one extra rose in it...but most of the rest was grassy 'fluff' so I'm not really sure what my upgrade bought. Also, the flowers began fading very quickly even though new water was added. I have gotten better value for money elsewhere. I was trying to use someone local and avoid the big Internet flower businesses, but not sure it was a good idea in this instance.
We recently had a casket piece done for our Grandmothers funeral. They did a beautiful job and incorporated our request into a lovely piece. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend them!
I had flowers delivered to my stepmother for mothers day last year and for the woman who has everything to say that these were the most beautiful flowers she had not only ever received but seen, that is huge! I just placed another order for her upcoming birthday. I will certainly be back when mothers day rolls around. These are truly beautiful arrangements and so unique! They don't have the largest selection of flowers, but what they do have is of top notch quality. Very quaint little place in Brookside that also delivers.
Called and arranged a delivery from across the country. The staff was great and prompt with, what I am sure was not, a typical situation. But what made it great was after there was confusion with the delivery, the staff pursued making it right and even personally checked/confirmed it themselves. Very good service.
