I spent $60! And have felt bad about it everyday. Cursing this lady out in my head every morning. I really think she just wanted to go home. I think I was the last appointment of the day. Just an absolutely bad and regretful experience. Shame on her for really just not actually caring about customers, not having a clean facility, and for over plucking! Unprofessional. There are so many better places to pamper yourself in KC. This is NO Luxury.

I started losing my eyebrows due to thyroid issues, so this became a must for me. I researched alot about this procedure before deciding on Kristine. She not only made me feel good about the decision, but also my husband who has to look at my face every day! She took the time to explain the procedure to both of us and what to expect. They turned out AMAZING! They look so natural and I love not having to fill them in all the time. Thank you Kristine. P.S. she gives awesome facials too
I had a WONDERFUL experience with Kristine. There are several things I loved about the whole experience. First, I felt very safe because of the location and the lock and code she provides for her business. Second, since it is just Kristine providing the services, the individual attention was definitely a plus, especially since the microblading procedure was completely new to me. She put me at ease! Third, she was incredibly thorough with all explanations since the procedure was new to me. Fourth, the place was CLEAN and she uses tools that come pre-packaged and are sterile and she SHOWS you that that's the case. Lastly, she's TALENTED!!! I couldn't be more happy with how my brows turned out with the microblading procedure. I was so nervous since it was new to me, and she calmed my fears. I am THRILLED at the results! There are likely multiple places to have these types of procedures done, and I am SO grateful to have found Kristine. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and contacts, and I will be back for sure!
When Kristine greeted me it was ice cold. Zero eye contact. Zero "hey sorry to keep you waiting". Nothing. She took me into the very dark and musty smelling room told me to lay down and never even asked me at all what I wanted, what my preferences were, nothing. She "shaped" and tinted my brows. The tint did not stick longer than one day. There was still hair in places she waxed. She way over plucked them into a thin arches. I looked surprised and older! Everyday has been awful getting ready and trying to draw my brows back onto my face.
My first and last time here. I regret it so much! The entire experience was quite terrible. The booking process was creepy. No one calls you. It's all done through texts. You get sent code to open the door. When I arrived there was no one in sight. A totally empty waiting area. No one to great me. After a while I heard voices in the back room. When she finally emerged 20 minutes past my appointment time and it still took her 5-10 chatty minutes cashing out the client in no hurry at all. While I sat there with plenty of time to observe the place I noticed that it was really dusty like really unkept-every shelf, floor, table, window sill just dusty as heck. I thought about leaving half a dozen times but I didn't want to be rude and there were creepy "hidden" cameras everywhere making me feel obligated to stay.
Absolutely my favorite thing to do is get a Spa Facial here! The most relaxing and refreshing experience ever! She knows exactly what my skin needs and the ambiance and scents couldn't be more perfect! Thank you!
