Ordered 20 of the same small items on line the shipping was 27.00 which I thought was high. Then I check my Pay Pal account and find they refunded me 20.00 since they were able to ship everything in a small USPS priority box. Now that is GOOD customer service, my company buys a lot of items and Harry J. Epstein will be our FIRST place to check in the future. My new favorite hardware store. They have a bunch of USA made (Wilde, S&K, Wright, Williams, Cresent, Craftsman and many more) and German (Knipex, Bahco)hand tools, you can still find made in USA Craftsman hand tools here, there is 4 floors of hand tools at a The corner building downtown. The employees are very nice and helpful also, just wish they stayed open later.
I love this place, even if I'm not buying something its cool just to look around. They have tools I've never seen and thats saying a lot for a jack of all trades who's worked in several industries and 40+ years of experience. If you can't find it else where they have it.
It's like stores used to be. Great service - always knowledgeable and helpful staff and some of the best prices you can find on quality tools. One of the last few places that still carry mostly USA-made products.
