I called this place maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago because I have been struggling and need help. They asked me for my insurance information and said they would be in touch to set up an appointment. I still have not heard anything from them. I find it extremely unprofessional they have not contacted me yet. It has taken me 3 years to get up the courage to call somewhere and try to find help and this is what I get?! I refuse to work with these people who obviously don't care about my mental state.
