My doctor wanted me to have some X-rays so I stopped by Medical Imaging on my way home. I had no wait time even though I didn't have an appointment. The X-ray technician was very caring and friendly and I was very pleased with the service. This has been my experience every time I have been there and that is why I go back. Thank you!
Very quick, efficient check in. Great people to work with and very personable. I didn't like the tests I had to do but that is no fault of the folks that work there - they did their best to help me through them!
They do a great job, and I drive out of my way to come here. While you may have to wait sometimes, it's important to take care of your health, and get the needed tests and diagnosis. Everyone is busy, and if we all try to be kind and patient, the process may go along a little better. I have been to some places, and for the life of me, they shouldn't be in business. I tried to make an appointment for a mammogram several years ago, at a place that usually does mine. No one ever answered calls, and I would leave voice mails. When they called me about not coming for a mammogram, you could tell they didn't listen to their messages. After several phone calls, I wrote a bad review and took my business elsewhere. Plus, they had bad attitudes.
The staff here is quite friendly and there was no wait. I like that it is easy to find, as well.
My doctor gave me a appointment time of 9:30, and to be there at 9:15.No problem, I waited and waited and waited.Finally got in to get my sonogram.Guess what they had a order from doctor to have my stomach sonogram.Whoops doctor sent wrong procedure. I had fasted for this, oops didn't have to.Alright, no problem just have to drink 2 glasses of water so I have a full bladder.The lady finally took and done my sonogram.Guess what, didn't find anything.Pain still there.What a waste of time with these people.But im glad there wasent any bad news.
