They are so slow! We waited in the lobby to be called back for 45 minutes. My husband got called back into a room and sat in the room with his injury undressed for another 35 minutes. There was another person who waited for 2 hours because they lost her paperwork and they had to have the referral from her doctor sent over again after they FINALLY asked for it.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Everyone that was in the lobby sat there for almost as long as I did. I didn't see patients go back to the rooms and go right back out. I did hear chatter behind the desk about not being able to find paperwork. Completely incompetent. Very frustrating to have your hands in these people's care.
I delivered my second child there and it was a good experience. I am now expecting my third child and I am half way through my pregnancy and they sent me a letter out of the blue that they won't be able to provide care for me. After I had to wait hours for my appointment the last 3 times. Awesome. Great.

I had to go for a bronchoscopy in the pulmonary department. They didn't sedate me properly and they knew it. I was freaking out and they didn't give a damn. They just kept on going with the procedure even though they knew it hurt me and scared me to death. They could have stopped and given me better medicine to calm me but they didn't. The trauma it caused will haunt me for a very long time. The nurses were nasty to me and treated me like a defiant child with no compassion. They were horrid people and I will never forget that day as long as I live.
