When I explained we hadn't had any and we were terrified and really needed to see a doctor she said; "I'm sorry we can't help you."
Dr. Wolfe and her staff are delightful and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable. They help to speak clearly and in layman's terms to help you understand what is involved with your condition. Excellent bedside manager and surgeon. Tiffany Croft is also very good nurse in their practice as well. Highly recommend as a place to get your women's care needs met.
I tried to save as a 1/2 star but that wasn't an option. My experience sounds very similar to others listed in the reviews. You are not a patient at this clinic, you are a number. It is an assembly line of "get in and get you out", no feeling of genuine patient care. I recently had a 230 appointment scheduled to get my routine examination. I already filled out paperwork that had been requested of me and mailed it in signed. I get to the clinic at 230 for my appointment, only to be declined to be seen because I had not arrived at 215pm. Confused by this, as I didn't realize that there was a "clause" in appointment times that require individuals to arrive 15 minutes before the actual scheduled time and if you arrive "ON TIME" you are booted right out the door without explanation other than you weren't early. This made me extremely upset as I don't have a schedule that just allows me to leave work, so I had to use my vacation time. Then, to be told that because I wasn't early I wouldn't be seen that day and would have to reschedule as the dr is very busy. Interesting to think that the dr would be busy considering her patient at the 230 slot was sent out the door. I called and spoke with the practice manager the following day who indicated that this is a lesson learned for the staff and it will help them with further training that is necessary for the front desk staff and the nurses. They did have the paperwork that was needed, just nobody bothered to look for it (the 15mins early is designated for this paperwork time). While I understand that I won't get my time back, I appreciated the apology from her. She did offer to speak with my dr and see if they could come to a resolution to not put a strain on the dr/patient relationship, but unfortunately that display of hospital character had made my mind up that I would NEVER go back to that hospital/clinic. SO long rant short, unless you can always be early for your scheduled appointment it is best to not even bother.
We JUST found out my wife is 25 weeks pregnant (we didn't know sooner due to medical issues) the person I talked too absolutely REFUSED to help. Because it's a "late-term transfer and we'd need all her previous pre-natal."
I love this place and the delivery facilities at St. Luke's North. I especially love Dr. Nichols and her nurses. Skilled, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, WONDERFUL. I'll be their patient as long as we live in the KC area.

Absolutely shameful, I cannot believe this place claims to be in the healthcare business. Never, ever waste your time with them.
