Disgusting. I do not recommend this lab to anyone, not even for the smallest lab test. The staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. The facility is a disaster with holes in the walls, no toliet paper holders, no coat racks, and the bathroom was a complete disaster. When I went to use the bathroom, there were at least 4 urine samples sitting there for who knows how long. It seemed very unsanitary for lab work.

The rep I spoke with over the phone was completely unprofessional, rude, and non informative. I called to confirm my appointment today at1:30 she interrupted me by saying "hold on a minute I can't hear nothing you saying" that I need to repeat my self. I informed her she was not being professional she than argued with me about that. I asked to speak with someone else. She claimed no one else was there. Than told me to call a customer service line that was done 12-1.

Canceled my appointment.

I am appalled by the professionalism and the way situations were handled here. I went to get blood taken for my wellness for my insurance today and there was a paperwork issue. This phlebotomist had an attitude from the moment I walked in. Acted like I was inconveniencing her from the get go. She called the call center, told them I was a "disgruntled patient" in which I was not. I had explained I had been there two times before and was not happy I had to return due to their system error. While talking to the person on the phone, she's got a major attitude and is yelling at this poor guy named Richard from the call center. He is making sure everything is correct and she keeps staring at me, making gestures and scoffing while saying curse words under her breath and such... I was almost afraid to get my blood drawn! She accidentally hangs up on him and we have to call another person, which she was more friendly to, but still had an attitude. I could not believe this was even an issue. VERY unprofessional. Will not return to this clinic!

Horrible customer appreciation.

I had blood drawn at the Quest in North Kansas City today. The lab tech was surly, unpleasant and non-communicative. She gave no instructions or directions. She put a urinalysis cup in front of me and gave no instructions on how to collect and where to go to collect. She also drew 3 vials of blood, looked at what was ordered. She then took the top off one poured half of it into another empty tube and sent it in place of the 4th tube she should have drawn. I will travel a lot further to have blood drawn at a different lab.
