I wanted to write this given the other reviews- I was there last night and the employee that was working was very kind - greeted me instantly and asked if I needed help with anything. As I was looking around for what I was needing, I overheard her helping other guests with professionalism and in a helpful manner. Ladies, not every associate is going to know every-single-thing about every-single-product out - products are forever changing and new products added all the time.
By far my favorite Sephora all of the employees are so helpful.
This Sephora wasn't anything compared to what some of the other Sephora's were. The employees were rude, didn't help me find what I was looking for, and weren't on top of their game. I absolutely love Sephora, but this one definitely disappointed me.
They helped me with everything I needed and we're so nice about every question. I've been struggling finding a foundation and she recommended bare minerals pro foundation and I'm in love! I trusted them and they pulled threw
Employees are rude, don't know what they're talking about. Wouldn't return something even though I had a receipt. No decent products there at all.
