They have the best customer service, they are always there to help you with a big smile on their face. i have worked the most with Sarah and she is the best.

I have had so many horrible experiences here it isn’t even funny. The girls (that I’ve had experience with) are very rude and think they are top dog. They act like they don’t want to help, walk away, and treated me like I was an idiot. Other times I’ve gone in for an online return and it was worse. The girl who “ greeted “ me at the door rolled her eyes at me when I said I had a return!! Like who does that!? Then on another journey in the door , I heard two employees making fun of another girls makeup. Just sad. That was my last straw and I refuse to go to any Sephora now because of how awful the employees treat their customers.
Tiara did my makeup yesterday and I left the store looking flawless! My makeup stayed on all night at an outdoor concert and I didn't have to touch up any of it not once all night!
