Waited over an hour in the waiting room. As we watched other children who came in after us and others get taken back to a room our daughter sits and waits coughing and runny nose fever was down because of the Tylenol We had given her at this point but has been up for 2 days now. We have already been here once. Taken their advice which didn't work and they had told us if it worsens to come back. So we did since she has been running a 102 fever as an 11 month old. Doesn't do much good to come back if your waiting an hour for nothing. Would have been longer but we checked our selves out and left. Will just schedule a doctor's appointment at this point and probably never return to children's mercy Northlake clinic again.

Some of the worst patient relations I've ever experienced. I was stunned at the audacity of everyone from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. I cringe when my pediatrician mentions sending us there for imaging services.

We visited this location for the first time on Christmas Eve to get a dislocated elbow reduced and we had a great experience. We easily made an appointment online and then headed out since it was a bit of a drive. When we checked in the computer said it was a 35-minute wait for those without appointments, which I thought to be very reasonable for a holiday. There was plenty in the lobby to keep my 3 yr old occupied and everything was very clean. We waited about 5 minutes before being called back to triage, and just another 5 minutes for the doctor to see us. All in all we waited, were evaluated, and were treated and out of there in an hour. Everyone was friendly and patient with my supremely uncooperative toddler and got her all fixed up as quickly and as minimally invasive as possible. This isn't the closet location to home but it may be worth the drive next time.

The nurse staff is awesome, so helpful and encouraging. These nurses are seriously wonderfull. The doctor was informative and very polite. If we have to go anywhere again it will be here.

I really enjoy going to CMH Northland when ever Daniel has to Dr. Sinclair in Ortho. He is a great doctor and he very straight and to the point. But he great with all of his patients and jokes around with them. Northland has the most friendly staff and there very helpful to. 12/15/17 well today Daniel went saw Dr. Sinclair today about his MRI that he took the other day. Well Daniel is in Main Hospital on Gillham Rd. CMH. He is there until Monday. The infection needed more then oral antibiotics. This why if I could rate this any higher I would raise past the bars.
