I had an appt with Dr Lowery, was my first and last time seeing her, actually my last time ever going to this Clinic. She was SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST PLAIN DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME AS A PATIENT. Her exact diagnosis for me.... " I have no idea what is wrong with you, whatever it is... it came on its own, so hopefully it will go away on its own." After I left I called and complained to the office manager, she was just as rude and unprofessional as Dr. Lowery. Needless to say I just reported her to state and I hope something is done about it.
Needless to say I am in the market for a new doctors office.
So far I only like that it's near my house. If my old doctor wasn't in Belton I would surely be going there. I don't feel taken care of here.
Dr albers then comes in franticly and does my lady part check up and it was so abrupt and she hurt me. The appointment lasted 5 minutes I had more questions but time wasn’t an option apparently for either of us.
It got slightly better, my needs were met... The personal touch though never got to that place where I felt like I was seeing my FAMILY doctor. I felt like I was just being shuffled through a process... however the care was adequate... so I have improved the rating to average.
Some of these reviews are so misleading. I've literally been coming to this clinic since I was a child (so for about 25 years). I'm 32, I've got a 4 year old and one on the way. Dr. Kanne, Dr. Ranes and Dr. Faucett have all been nothing but wonderful to myself and my family. I've never had trouble getting an appointment or working out payment arrangements. They have treated my whole body and mind. Dr.Ranes and her nurse specifically helped me during a life crisis and helped get my life back on track. I'm now in one of the best places I've ever been and I fully believe it has to do with the fact that I got nothing but care and understanding when I came to this clinic with a crisis. I'll always be grateful to Gashland and the services they offer. Doctors aren't always perfect- they're people too- but this place DOES care. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a family practice or primary care physician. I just left after taking my daughter in for a sore throats and we were literally in and out in 30 minutes with a great explanation of what was going on with her. Love this place, and the care they have provided to me and my family for over 25 years!
I understand that nobody is perfect especially since I Myself work in customer service. That being said, the experience i had last week was just uncalled for, and their is absolutely no excuse.
First off Dr Albers was 1hr and 20 minutes behind my appointment time: no one suggested to reschedule or anything. I had other commitments that day. The nurse was kinda rude about it when I asked her how much longer it was going to take.
I left in tears feeling violated especially since I have been going to her since I was a preteen and she had no recollection of who I was. She then forgot to fill my prescription so I had to deal with that. And I am currently without the prescription filled. And yes! I have tried calling to get it filled and so has the pharmacy:
I see Dr. Krumm. He takes time to get to know me and always takes his time. Dr. Krumm and his nurse do a great job. I would highly recommend.
