I'm still here however I'm waiting next week to call the district office and I will keep you up-to-date to see if any of my issues are resolved. In two weeks time I've spent almost $800 . I am in the process of moving and that's why I am in an extended day.
This is an Extended Hotel and when my daughter called and asked for someone to help me with bringing me towels because I am handicapped no one ever did, and the next day we were told by management that if I needed that kind of help that I should be in a hospital or hospice. That's the same day I was also asked for the $50 cash deposit.
Worst hotel in the world.. Don't expect to get sleep on a brick mattress.. Don't expect to get sleep with pillows that are only an inch thick.. AC/heat doesn't work.. No free WiFi that's the biggest lie I've heard.. No breakfast not even coffee.. Only Luke warm water no hot.. TV with no channels.. and a smoke detector that goes off every 5 minutes.. Don't stay at this hotel.. Late fee of $25 they freely charge anyone..
Oh and so far one of the worse things any quest should ever see is the picture I posted so far. A syringe between the stairs. If stay was doing their job I think that they would notice these kind of things. More pictures to come
Very clean tho no ash trays in room nor trash cans. Im sure just an oversight. Stayed here plenty of times always very nice. Best to park on side with office due to thefts but believe they have been focusing on fixing that problem.
This is not a place for kids.
DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE. We reserved and were told we’d be given a non-smoking room. We could smell obvious smoke in the room upon arrival, and there were cigarette burns on the flooring. We decided not to stay and requested our money back but they would not give it to us, stating we were already in the room. Not sure how we'd know the condition of a room without going into it. We ended up not staying here but at a different hotel nearby. They refused to issue a refund. Since I was charged for a service and that service was not delivered, be EXTREMELY careful if you choose to book with this place anyway.
I've had a horrible experience with management, if that's what you wish to call the MS management.
After 3 days of being here they called and required that I pay a $50 cash deposit. I changed rooms about four days later went back to get my cash deposit and they have no record of it. Conveniently the manager has now quit.
This place was absolutely filthy. The service was awful. Walking into the office to check out and it had a horrible stench of weed. The staff used the linen room as their smoking room. I would totally avoid this place at all costs. Cheaper and closer the the adventure park is NOT better. There are far better options!! This was definitnely a "roach motel"
