Had a B service done about 2 months ago, 2.5 hours and back on the road. Then a psychotic dear attacked me up in Maine and the shop was able to make my truck look new again in about 4 hours!
My favorite Shaffer terminal by far! Very friendly staff in the office, as well as the shop. The shop I would dare say is second to none.
I've drove for this company for 2 years. Overall the my 1st year & a half had been good. Treated well, good miles, good benefits, not many complaints. Since the new year I have seen many negative changes, most of them the driver doesn't get treated with much respect any more. Today the planner ( Valerie) tried to put me out of service because I wouldn't take her unproductive load that couldn't pick up till 9 am the next morning, was 2 pm Friday, with 6 hours left. Can't deliver till next day, 374 miles, live both ends. Almost 2 days wasted for 374 miles. My asset manager found me a 526 load. Supposedly there wasn't any other loads & planners aren't supposed to put drivers out of service without the managers approval & this is not a forced dispatch company within reason. Would recommend you to check out other companies now for sure.

This terminal is the absolute best!!! The shop is quick and friendly, the office staff is pleasant, and the drivers areas are best by far! You always feel welcomed at this location. Keep up the good work KC.

I like this terminal. Comfortable chairs to watch TV. Vending machines. Free laundry. Free coffee and the office staff put out sweets sometimes.
