I was welcomed as soon as I got to the door. The women working the front counter was amazing. She proceeded to answer every question I had and was more than happy showing me around to pick a new space to rent. I ended up feeling so comfortable that I purchased a unit the same day. To say the least I'm very satisfied.
Moving is stressful enough! I was running behind on Saturday and I knew they were having door issues. But I caught Matthew literally a few minutes after closing, and he was so kind to stay after. Omg when I tell you I was extremely excited I didn’t half to drag my Appliances down the stairs. He stayed after to make sure I was able to complete my task! From the first day I’ve been impressed! #5stars nice clean best place in NKC.
Very convenient location and the staff was considerate and very knowledgeable with helping me determine exactly what my storage needs were for my Mom's things (moving her to assisted care) while her house is on the market. Bright, super clean, very easy to navigate. Very impressed with the amenities and pricing. This area has needed a modern, safe, clean(!) storage facility for awhile. I am confident her belongings will be safe and remain undamaged!

The service is wonderful and friendly. The location is great. The price is affordable. Very clean, storage is located inside the building. I love that they provide insurance coverage.... Because you never know what could happen.
