$16 to park there but they are too cheap to put ink in their receipt printer. Not good for business tracking. Called number but just rang.
No stars, this morning I pulled up to park, and nothing worked, not a key pass ( my company pays monthly rent for our parking spaces) I couldn't even pull a ticket. People are honking behind me, a woman came out of her car to try her card, it didn't work, and all I got was attitude when I called the office. No apology for making me late to work, no apology for the harrasment from other drivers, just attitude. Not to mention it's a Monday. There excuse, it was showing "full" because too many tickets were pulled, the fix? The assistant came and swiped his card....really, and there WAS available space, I parked on level 3 of 7. No apology for the hassle, just attitude. NOT happy. Customer service isn't an option, it should be a mandatory requirement for any and all businesses. I am very dissapointed.
