I was refused handicap parking on August 9th around 7: 15 pm. There were several open handicap spots visible from where the parking attendant was taking money. The lady working the lot was very rude about it. She said we couldn't park because we couldn't fit into one spot (our van is tall but not wide). We told her we park everywhere we go in one spot, and offered to pull in and then leave if it didn't work. She still refused stating "That's what they all say". I asked her name and she said "Lady, you don't need to know my name- just go". I again asked to be allowed to pull in and show her that we would fit, and offered to leave if we didn't. She went on to talk about how we were lying. I asked her name again and she said her name was "Misty, the business owner". I don't know if that's her name or not, but she is a blond and had a small dog there with her. I have never been treated so rudely in my life, and consider this to be discrimination. I have 2 boys in wheelchairs and handicap spots are there for families like mine. We went and parked elsewhere, and I took a picture of my van parked easily in one spot. I then went back to her lot and took pictures of vehicles allowed to park in her lot that were not parked completely in one spot (smaller vehicles that just parked badly)... Her attitude was terrible and discriminatory. The lot is in a great location, but this business is in my opinion violating the American's with Disabilities Act.

I was in the garage and back out in SIX minutes and was charged FIVE dollars!! "Price gouging is a term for a seller pricing much higher than is considered reasonable or fair"--wikipedia

Easy to use. Not expensive for downtown and takes credit card or cash. No change on cash.

Riight across the street from Sprint Center. Who concert. Opening band had already started their set. No wait. $20. Hell yes!
