I just had my second very positive experience at Northland Feed. About 3 years ago I had to replace a leaf blower. I researched and found the Tanaka was highly rated. Went to Northland Feed, the guys showed me all the features, how to operate it, filled it with fuel, started it. Then he said "wait just a minute." Came back and said, "I called the regional sales person for Tanaka. This unit is going on sale next Monday and I asked if I could sell it to you at the sale price." Saved me $20. I didn't have to do that. I just bought a Tanaka weed trimmer from them. Again, showed me how to operate it. Quick in and out. The also handle all the warranty registration. I was very pleased.
Rude guy answering phones. Talked to me very carefully, like I was stupid. If idjdnt need the part for my mower so bad, I wld take my biz someplace else
Bought a Hustler Fastrak zero turn. Awesome service, awesome selection. They have several brands of trimmers, chain saws, and mowers. Really great place with huge selection, and great service, in such a small package.

I called about getting a needle and seat for small engine...literally spent 10 sec going outside to get the model # off the motor and the clown on the phone had the audacity to tell me to have it ready if i ever called back. I promptly told him i would find someone else to do business with....terrible first impression...wont be getting a chance to make a second one!
