We love the new place. We have had good luck with all the fish we have bought here. Seem to care about there fish. Can't wait to see it when they get it completely stocked up. My son belongs to there email service and gets notifications on flash sales and seems to know when they get certain fish he wants in.
Knowledgeable about saltwater aquariums and great service. Good prices on salt water.
Do NOT buy fish from here. They will likely have parasites. The fish I bought from here had Marine velvet but luckily I had a quarantine tank since velvet is known to wipe out entire communities in a matter of days. Not worth it.
Friendly staff! Beautiful new store. Fish, reptiles, and small mammals. He said they will be adding birds to their inventory and other small critters.
Never been there and probably will never go. I live 5 hours from the store so I called to talk to one of there " fish experts" I was looking for a certain breed and sex of fish. I was looking for a female Jaguar chichlid. I was asked to call back , I totally understand this and called back. I was told they do have a female in stock for $24.99 ( almost double what most sale them for ). But I was willing to pay if it was indeed a female. I was speaking with someone named Chris. I told him where I lived and asked about shipping. Chris said this could be done and he would call me the next day well I never heard from Chris so I called the store a couple days later. I was told the last three days that I called he didn't have time for a customer.i understand if they don't want to sell something or bother shipping, but Chris needs learn customer service. So if you go there say hi to Chris
