We hired this company 2 months before we eventually fired them. After originally hiring them, they said they would be out in 2 weeks to complete the work. We heard "2 weeks" for 2 months. We would have to track them down, call and leave messages, work pretty hard to get them to respond only to have them not show up again and again. Never a call or explanation as to why they no showed. Recent storms and major tree damage in the area is not an excuse to say you will show up and leave us waiting. There are too many great tree services in the area to put up with this company and their horrible customer service.
The crew come to our house to trim our trees and did a GREAT job!!! Everyone was polite and helpful!! Cleaned up afterwards, can't tell they were here!!! Highly recommended them!!!
Grade-A Tree Care did a fantastic job removing a large walnut tree in my back yard. Everything went as promised. They tied off all the branches and were extremely careful not to harm or damage our pool or bushes. I would highly recommend them for your tree care needs.
We were VERY UNHAPPY with the customer service or lack thereof. Every time they said they would be out, they didn't show up. No call, no apology. The final attempt to get them out to do the work we hired them to do, they no showed again and left my wife and our 6 week old daughter sitting and waiting at the house for 4 hours. No call, nothing! I will never recommend this company and will be letting everyone I know how poor of an experience we had.
