My puppy loves this place!!! It is like her second home. The ladies in the front spoil her and she eats it up. I've tried 2 other daycare's before coming here and they can NOT compare. My pup gets tons of exercise, which is a need because she's high energy. She also gets attention and an adequate amount of rest in this safe environment. The place is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. So if you're thinking of bringing you pup here, go for it!
Ya know. You can't really say anything bad about these guys. I used to work there. Disagreements happen. It's life. But the care these guys provide your dog is amazing. And the steps they take to make sure your dog is cared for is truly one of a kind and worth the price.
This should be a 1 on the rating scale. I wish that we could say that our experience with this company was positive. However, we were very disappoonted! We planned to be on town for a short vacation, I CALLED the week before arrival, they were our first spot to give information concerning immunization s and to check the place out when we arrived in town. We left with the agreement that we would return the next morning ( we stayed over night in a pet friendly hotel) we planned to visit around town, etc. When we arrived, they refused to open the door. An employee came in the front office looking at us, but not acknowledging or communicating with us,we called their telephone, no answer. They completely ignored us. Our trip was ruined, because we could not take our pet to most of our planned stops. This was several years ago, however, I was needing boarding for an upcoming trip and was reminded of our terrible treatment. This should be a 1 on the rating scale.
