I went on October 20, 2017. Overall it was a good time. The three us paid for the VIP tickets and it was well worth it. Our lines were super short (we went to two of them). I think they were understaffed. Our interaction with the actors was pretty limited. As a business owner, I am pretty sure their lack of staff was not due to a lack of trying. It is so hard to get and keep people. Some of the actors went a little above a beyond and tried to do a good job. My favorite part was jumping out the 2nd story window onto a large air bag.

Be ready to wait! That’s NOT a bad thing! When you wait it’s because they’re keeping a proper pace in the house otherwise everyone is crammed together which ruins it. They did a great job!

The customer service was terrible from one man at the edge of hell. My friend took a picture not knowing it wasn't allowed of one of the men in costume at the door. He politely showed her the sign where it wasn't allowed and she apologized. We were so exited to get inside that we didn't read the signs. Then we were approached by another rude man (worker) a few minutes later. The man proceeded to yell and cuss at her to delete the photo. She apologized and told him she was going to delete it and that she understood, yet he continued to yell at her even though she deleted the picture right in front of him. He had a man follow us the entire time, we weren't able to enjoy the haunted house at all because we were being followed. We drove from wichita and were very disappointed! Not only that but it wasn't scary and their were such large groups! It wasn't worth the money. Would definitely not recommend!

One of the workers did slam my dates hand in a door they bang to scare people. You would think they would have it setup to not allow that to happen. The slide at the end is a water slide if it's raining as it's outside the building and leaks in. Just an FYI. Can't say the overall experience was great. If it wasn't for my date being a good sport it would've just sucked all the way around.

Wow, THIS is a haunted house! I highly recommend this place! A kid in a family of 4 was in tears at the very beginning and they turned back and left!

First the staff was very nice once we got in. Do not show up if you haven't all ready purchased tickets online. It was pouring rain and at least they had a cover for the people who didn't have tickets to stand under. However that didn't help with the river of nasty water running through. We ended up going to my truck and ordering tickets online after feeling hopeless for 30 minutes in a line that didn't move at all. Then came back and got right in. My date had to take her shoes off and stand in the river of water. The poor souls that were in the no ticket line likely didn't even get in before it closed. Plenty of room in the lobby for all in the line outside, out of the flood waters. There wasn't very many people inside at all. Maybe 5-6 in line in front of us. Then they have the "VIP" option where they extort more money from you to skip all the lines. I don't think that's right at all. Once inside it went fairly quick to actually enter. Just had to wait on all the VIPs to get in first or course.

Went on the last night, where the actors could've been not as inspired, but no, they were awesome! The scenes were top notch, I would put them in with the top ten in the nation for sure. Good interaction with scenes and scares throughout. I can see months of painstaking effort in every area. There were a few dark areas towards the end that my wife thought weren't utilized correctly, But I kinda liked how it built suspense. Thats literally the only critique we had, and I thought it was fine, lol. Also glad to see Colleen running such an amazing show so smoothly! She is an amazing talent, and we are lucky to know her, and that means the haunt is lucky to have her. Either way, we both enjoyed ourselves immensely and would highly recommend the experience!
