I tried to schedule a service call and was told I do not have a system. I said I can see it with your name on it. They told me it cant be it must be ADT. I said no, your tech in your van worked on it last summer. I saw him. She told me that I must be wrong. She verified my name and address and said no you don't have a system. I asked if she can schedule a tech to my address to program this system. And she replied, you don't have a system!
I would rather stand in line at the DMV then ever call them again.
