They really dropped the ball new years eve. After the concerl people waited over a hour. Poor flag man had to run down 2 blocks to get drivers
Driving 45 on residential with 25 limit is not okay. I am appalled that this company would hire such dangerous drivers. I contacted the local police department with a license plate number.
Worst experience ever!!! Made a reservation and after they were 15 minutes late I called. The woman told me they hadn’t even dispatched someone for me yet and it would be another 30 minutes. Don’t book in advance they don’t honor it or inform you they are late.
Called z trip at 10:00pm it's be been two hours and they haven't showed up yet waste of time
This is not a worthy company or app to use constantly cannot ever find/locate a driver leaves me stranded all the time in the kansas city area they own ztrip / yellow cab / 10/10taxi. / sharefare and super shuttle. . so how can I ever get a cab to go anywhere ?? Just plain stupid and bad buissness. !!! Fix something!! I would like to note that when you acctually do finaly find a taxi the taxi drivers are very friendly and courteous .
