Only 1 of the 3 pools have been open this summer, and one was surrounded by caution tape for some time. The one dumpster for the complex is constantly overflowing with furniture and garbage brought in from inside and outside sources, so there is often no room there or in the recycling bin.

Multiple cars and motorcycles have been stolen, cars vandalized, over priced for terrible appliances and tiny space, income based housing next door, pools always closed, indifferent staff, move out prices are INSANE, windows leaking, apartments flooding, you pay for services you never receive, I could keep going but am incredibly disappointed in this complex and would like everyone to know. I don't know one family in my building that is happy with living here and almost everyone I talk to is looking for a new location. Things need to change. After I wrote my initial review I received notice that they were revoking my lease. There is a termination without cause clause in your leases so just know that solely based on the office manager not being happy with your review they can leave you homeless. I can not believe that in 2017 you can lash out and revoke a lease because Tasha the office manager didn't like your review. Insanity but luckily I'm getting out of my lease because I hated living here!

Long story short... we have been quite disappointed with this complex, especially for the price we are paying!

After our original 6 month lease was up, we were given a higher monthly price to re-sign. We reluctantly signed, and have not seen improvements like we hoped for. The complex is being re-painted (not renovated) and after several months only half of the buildings are repainted. Those that are done still look subpar. The roofs were replaced this spring/summer, but that was following a very damaging hail storm.

Just not sure anymore about Wild Oaks Apartments anymore. I've been here for 4 years, greatly loved it! But lately it seems to be heading down hill rather fast. We had the dumpster break, it took all summer to get fixed. They tore the pool out to replace, it sat empty most of the summer w/ no one working on it. We've had painters repainting the building, paint all over my furniture and they knocked out my Direct TV. It seems like you have to stay on them to get anything fixed. I would really stop and think about before moving in.... Low income apartments are right across the street, out vehicles have been broken into. We reported it to the office, but it was not disclosed to any of the tenants.

I have lived at WildOak for 4 years and I absolutely love it. Maintenance responds quickly and the office staff is always helpful. Great location and price for what you get.

We've been here for about a year now, but are but ready to get out! The first week we moved in I was highly disappointed by all of the broken tile flooring, broken bathroom sink, toilet, kitchen sink, and various other issues. We recently asked to have the blinds replaced (which finally broke because they were incorrectly installed) and those were replaced by a new, worse, installation of blinds.

They ripped me off of $350 and after reading the reviews, NO THANK YOU. STAY AWAY. Oh i never got to see the apartment i was going to move into. I never signed the contract but they still kept my $350. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. BBB here i come.

This was originally a smoking unit, which was apparent by the brown-colored-something coming from the master bedroom vent on move in day, and by the 4 months it took to remove the odor.

The noise level in this part of the complex is ridiculous, with people yelling and horns honking late into the night quite often. Police presence seems to have slowed recently, but there have been many incidents since we moved in that we are given no information about. It was normal for us to drive home or walk out of the apt and see/hear multiple pd vehicles weekly.
