Love them since I was a kid! Only bad points are too expensive and no Coke served here!!!
The service is good, very fast, sandwiches are good, but not as fresh as other competitors. Fries are great and the place is clean. Hard to find roast beef sandwiches around here, so I'm lucky to have it.

They have the meats! The pork belly sandwiches are so good, they've got to be bad for you. Love the curly fries and the turkey ranch and bacon market fresh sandwich is always delicious and not so bad for you. Not many choices for you if you don't eat meat. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick. Decent dessert options. All the seats are hard plastic, so that might be an issue for some. The bathrooms were pretty clean, but not 5 stars clean. Staff is polite but not overly friendly.
Very friendly staff, from my experience they've never gotten an order wrong. Though the wait time varies everytime I go. Sometimes it's quick, others it takes 20-25 minutes to get through the line, even during non-peak hours. To me that is not the definition of fast food.
