I went again this morning around 7:30am and finally got my 6ct cookies, but they were hard and overbaked. I didn’t check them until I got home. This frustrated me...I love Chik Fil A, they have never given me a bad experience before. I don’t know if it is the new teenagers they’ve hired, but the service and quality of the food I have gotten has not been great the last couple of times I went. I don’t know if I even want to trust this location anymore.
While sitting and having lunch, I was offered a chocolate shake by a lady working who said they made an extra. She even remembered my name after taking my order about 20 minutes before. Incredibly nice!
Sat in an extremely long drive through line that didn't move at all for over 5 minutes. Once the line started moving it went quickly. Even though I was extremely frustrated being closed in the line for so long (start to finish it took 20 minutes to get through) the employees definitely made up for it! They were incredibly friendly, up beat and positive and made up for the long wait. The food is always good, too.
I love this place. The help is always friendly and smiling. The foid is great!
I went to this location around 8:30pm last night and ordered 6ct chocolate chunk cookies. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier got my order wrong, accidentally switched it with someone else’s. We got that straightened out after passing money back and forth for the refund and whatnot. A few minutes after that the cashier learns that they are out of cookies and it will take about 20 mins to have a batch ready. I was really bummed. The manager asked if I wanted anything else and my boyfriend decided to get a spicy chicken sandwich and a sprite. They got that order correct.
I have loved Chic Fil A for years! However, the chicken at the Barry Road location has gotten to be really dry, flavorless and not worth your money. The chicken used to be very tender and juicy and the size of the nuggets and strips used to be a decent size. Now it's the complete opposite. I will try a different location, but I doubt I will be going back to this one anymore until they figure out the issue and give decent size amounts of food.
