This was my first massage ever. I went in because of extreme neck pain that I talked about with the therapist and the receptionist. I could barely turn my neck without extreme pain. That being said I assumed that my massage would be mostly about my neck and back area. She did very well on my back but ran out of time before she got to my neck. I'm not sure if this is standard or not but I just assumed that would be the main focus of the visit. However I am not a therapist and do not know how this works. The rest of the massage was wonderful and relaxing and my entire body feels awesome except for my neck. she spent about 5 min out of the hour on my neck. I will be setting up another appointment because my therapist was amazing and is very skilled and talented at what she does. I always viewed massages as a luxury.. this is not the case. My therapist Kenzie literally untangled the muscles in my back and put them back into place. This was a life changing experience even if it didn't fix the problem in one session. I'm pretty sure my back is so messed up it's gonna take 2 sessions . I am hopeful that my next visit will entirely fix the muscles I have bunched up in my neck and back. The price is also very affordable 95 for 90 min with hot stones and aromatherapy! This mama can afford that once a month!
Last week I tried their new peppermint/hot stone foot massage along with my regular hour long massage and it was heavenly!

I have been a member here at Massage Heights-Shoal Creek for about 5 years now and have always had a very positive experience with the management and staff. I am grateful that we have a professional massage therapy place here that not only has wonderful service, but I feel like they really care about me as a person. I look forward to going and getting my massage every month.
I went into the shoal creek location for a gift card for a friend and Ashley the manager was working the front counter and she was SO helpful she could have easily just sold me the gift card and sent me on my way but she took the time to talk to me to help me make the best decision for my money. Most places would have their staff just sell the gift card and be done, I’m so grateful she walked me through all the different options I had. I ended up buying their 3 gift cards and getting one free and got a membership for my friend so instead of one massage she will get 3. It’s hard to find good people that are genuine so I’m thankful for her help! Will be back!
