Saw this place on Groupon, called and paid more than the deal from Groupon. The receptionist gave me contradictory times according to their schedule. The sauna was definitely NOT what I expected, it's dry heat and no moisture. The place was an old refurbished house, which was kind of cool, but the floors creaked so much. The massage therapists were nice, but one with blonde hair was a bit too unprofessional. Anyways so at the end, they give you wine from plastic champagne glasses NOT COOL, we paid so much we should've gotten real glass. The whole reason for making this review was to review the RECEPTIONIST. She is nice when signing you up, but at the end very rude. I got up to ask her a question concerning our gift package... when I got to the desk, these were her exact words... "what do you want from me?" NOT KIDDING, as she rolled her eyes as wel.... I was very disappointed in her service. Overall I'd give this place a 5 out of 10 stars
Amazing massage, great views, relaxing Zen room with huge selection of tea and flavored water, friendly staff, morrocan oil products in changing room and great packages! The only complaint I have is the showers and bathrooms are really outdated, clean but just really old looking.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Bought a Groupon back in February for a Spa Package for 2. Couldn't even get in for an appointment till July 29th. Then on July 28th at 2 pm, I get a call telling me they are canceling my appointment because they had a fire MONTHS AGO. I can't believe that the only consideration they have is to call the afternoon before. To avoid total disappointment - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Total scam.
Would NOT recommend purchasing any of their living social deals. My husband purchased a massage/sauna pack for me, so I called to make an appointment on a weekend. The women I spoke with very rudely informed me that I needed to look at the "fine print" and proceeded to advise that living social packages cannot be utilized on the weekends. Very poor customer service; I will be requesting a refund.
Jennifer did my massage! Pure perfection. I have no clue why some ratings are so low but there is no way this place deserves less than 4-5 stars. I was treated very kindly. They gave me fresh water to go and Jennifer really worked on pretty much everything. I left feeling amazing. The prices are very reasonable.
