Absolutely wonderful experience with Mark and StorageMart. It was the first time we used storage, and since we were storing the contents of our entire home in between moves, we were quite apprehensive. From the moment we inquired about units, we felt at ease with Mark and his team. They patiently helped us determine the ideal unit for our needs, and were always available to answer questions (including when we misplaced the gate code). The location is secured, tidy, and well-kept. Most importantly, for us, at least, was the presence by Mark and his team. Thanks for everything!
The facility is clean and well maintained, the manager (?) Was super friendly and competant and the facility person who was there even got out the golf cart that had doors on it so we didn't have to walk in the zero degree weather to go look at the different units. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I would not have believed that Mark's customer service could get any better, but it did! When the cross-country moving truck arrived early in the morning to deliver my belongings, the truck was too large to navigate to my storage unit. Mark--on his own time--took care of the situation by re-locating me to another unit that was accessible to the truck. He made sure everything with the unload went smoothly and has continued to follow up every time I have visited the unit. He is extraordinary--I've never seen such "go-out-of-your-way" service for customers! Thanks so much, Mark and Storage Mart! :--)
We moved from the East Coast and arrived on a Sunday pulling a u-haul. We weren't aware StorageMart was closed on Monday. As it turned out, we had to have our rented trailer back by Monday or, accrue additional charges. We called the storage facility and left a message. The property manager, Mark, called within 30 minutes. This happened to be his day off. When we told him of our circumstance, he was more than willing to help us. He gave us his personal cell number to call when we got to the storage facility. As it turned out, we didn't need to call because he was already there to meet us. He went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. Unfortunately, you rarely see that type of customer service anymore. Thank you, Mark, for giving up your time to take care of perfect strangers.
We had a WONDERFUL experience with Mark! There was not one question that he couldn't answer immediately. While we were in the middle of a move we started with one storage unit, needed another, and then another!! He had no problem finding units quickly for us! The units are spotless and they are in the middle of putting brand new doors on them. The property is beautifully taken care of as well. This is a great place!
