to be honest I just go here before Christmas for my ornaments, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the wish list program is great they have everything ready for you and you guarantee that what you want you get because everything gits pulled to your own bag prior to being put out.

UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO CHANGE MY REVIEW, In the past this store has provided excellent customer service and has been very friendly, My family spends A LOT on Christmas ornaments and other products from this store every year and in the past when an item has not been available at this location they were very helpful in locating it. A 30 second phone call would have prevented the lose of a customer from this location. We will not return to this location under its current management. Luckily the Crown Center location is where the helpful staff member relocated to so we will be going there from now on.
