The sales person, alex, is always friendly and has a good attitude
This is now 4th store today I have been to and this is the 2nd one thatvis not open when it says it is! I am here at 10:20 and they are CLOSED! They are supposed to open at 10!!!!! UGH!!!!
Horrible attitude. I came in wanted to activate my phone and very dismissively said it will be $25 plus the plan. I asked if $25 was just for them to take the trouble to activate it for me? He said "that's what we charge." Isn't it free online? Yes, but that's what we charge. He had an attitude of wanting to get rid of me and knew exactly how to do it. When even bother going to a store, if you can't make enough profits as a business that you have to charge $25 for a simple activation you should consider doing something else instead of trying to rip off honest clients charging for a service that is otherwise free.
The one on Prairie View is my favorite place to go when I need help with my phone.
The salesman at the counter was polite and professional. He seemed to know his stuff a lot better than the people at Walmart or Best Buy.
