Im not the type person to write a review on anything but since I was so upset about this matter I decided to post.

This is a great place to purchase pet supplies for both cats and dogs. In fact, they have a resident cat who often greets visitors (if she isn't too busy napping). Staff is friendly and happy to help customers with selections as well as in carrying items out to the car. Management is happy to fit both cats and dogs in-person with leashes and harnesses. If you love your 4-legged family members, you should shop here.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. And self-service dog washing starions!

I come to this company because the very first time I took him here he left happy like they treated him really good up until the day he started leaving here acting traumatized. This was the last straw for me. I don't want to stop bringing him here I would rather drive to independence but if it boils down to him not going anymore that's what it'll just have to be.

Super friendly and helpful staff! We were looking at an all in one lead and harness, they showed us how to put it on the dog and let us take him for a walk to see how he liked it. Lots of hard to find and high quality products!

This isn't the first time he left here in this same state of mind so I decide to not take him to this location anymore. I took him to the independence branch in spring earlier this year and he left out of there completely fine, acting normal.

I came in to use the self service wash/dry station and it was great! One of the ladies who helped us gave us to many different things to use to make our dog smell/look great! They also had a lot of cute little dog cookie to choose from! I’ll be back(:

I gave it two stars because I do like the place. However at this location my dog leaves out of there traumatized. Ive recently gotten him groomed a month ago. When we left out of there he wasn't the same. On our way home I scopes him out looking at common areas that I know a dog may get clipped while cutting their fur, but I didn't see anything. I went into touching his face and he bit me. My dog has NEVER done that to me. So I knew something was up but I couldn't figure it out. I was talking to one of my friends about it and he's said maybe his nose is sore from the salon. I told him Even if that was the case I don't think he would have bit me cause he has never shown aggression towards me. I was all confused as to why my dog was acting so funny. I finally got home and settled. I figured once we get home my dog will be more at peace. Nope he still wasn't. He wasn't happy AT ALL. He seemed really depressed. That is so out of character for him. I got in to the tub and he likes to sit by the tub while I'm in it. I reached over to soothe him and there I saw it! My friend was right, there was A big cut on his face near the corner of his eye! She could have poked his eye out! I wanted to curse! I had even tipped her and everything! I was so furious. I started apologizing to my dog that this happened and kissing him and hugging him. He immediately knew what I was saying. If he could talk he would have instantly told me. So I grabbed an aleve gel pill cut into it and applied to the cut on his face. He finally became at ease when he realized that I realized what he was trying to tell me.
