Just was on hold for 10 1/2 minutes with parts and no help at all, nobody even picked up the phone to acknowledge that they were busy and would be right with me. Seems to me maybe they need to hire more help and train them in customer service. Guess we will find another Sterling dealer to deal with. Their loss not so much mine. Just a lil FYI, I work in a truck dealer parts department and we wouldn't be able to retain customers if we operated that way, which is why we don't.
I called ahead to verify they could do what I needed. Was reassured they could. Drove 30 minutes to get there, and then was told they weren't able to work on the type of vehicle I have. Terrible customer service all the way around.
Place is quick to get ur stuff out but price is higher then a kite. And customer service sucks I have had my truck damaged 3 out of the 4 times its been there.
I want to give a shout out to John VesteI in sales and especially Rick Pogulis in service. I bought a slightly used one-year-old truck there that was slightly out of manufactures warranty. The radiator developed a small leak, I was able to contact them and they took exceptionally good care of me and no charged this repair (Replaced $1,600 Diesel radiator )when they really didn't have to. I highly recommend if you need a commercial truck or a Ford truck of any kind you go see the crew at Midway Ford!!!
Nice waiting area nice staff. Oil changes could be a little faster expect to wait between 1 to 2 hrs. Besides that I've been happy with service.
