Wish I could leave 0 stars due to what is going on right now. I had a close friend and Co worker of mine purchase a vehicle from here. On the way home after signing the paperwork his wife was driving the car and the car literally caught fire and burned to the ground. When contacted about this the only response he received was "wish there was something we could do". This is completely a unacceptable way of doing business. At all costs avoid this place. I will make sure to blast this business on every platform possible until they rectify the situation, or lose enough business all together that they decide to address it, or shut down. So if you are reading this take this warning and look elsewhere for a vehicle. This place shows its real colors through some of the other reviews it shares along with this one.
Financed a car for my nephew and it is his first financed car and Steve McCutchen was patient through the whole process and was fair and honest about the cars. People have to understand used car lots you get what you pay for and Steve does not Bs and doesn't tell you every car runs perfect he shoots you straight and has answers when you have questions. I have bought 3 cars there and took my nephew to get his first financed car and we got a deal and got my nephew in a car with a payment that he could afford. I will definitely keep coming back there. Thanks Steve for being a straight up guy we appreciate it. Anyone I send that way I will definitely tell them to hook up with you.
I told them a price range and they continued to show and offer cars outside of that. They were very kind not too pushy but they must have some type of charisma to sell right? Johnny G seemed pretty honest. I didn't end up getting a car but they made me we want to buy from them.
Used to buy cash cars here all the time... Bought a car with payments ... They sold me a 2001 Honda Accord with a bad tranny for 5 k they knew it was bad... Had 4 diff shops tell me... Stopped making payments on said car... They still haven't came got it... Even though I told them to come get it... Yet they r threatening to sue me... Pls do... Let's go to court got plenty of evadince...
Had a deal with a down payment and car was already sold so had to make a new deal on different vehicle and had a deposit to ensure I was coming back but that didn't mean I was guaranteed purchase of vehicle that I wanted cause was the bosses sake messed it up. So, used car lit with salesmen. So beware like you always should. Peace
