Had a great experience with the guys at Van. Stacy helped me decide my next car choice and found the perfect match for me, even when they were specific. Smooth transaction and I felt I walked away getting exactly what I wanted for the price I could afford.
The absolute only thing I would change, as a female the front waiting area, while ample and comfortable, lacked anything for a female that doesn't want to read car, or mens magazines. Throw in some cosmo, or womans day.
I also appreciate the free oil changes with car pick up and drop off for Cadillac purchases. That shows great customer services and is an awesome way to gain customer loyalty.
I recently purchased a Cadillac ATS from Van Chevrolet. The assistance by the sales staff and especially Jeff Stever who was my sales consultant. Jeff has helped me with any questions I have about the car and has been in contact every couple of days to make sure I am doing good and enjoying my car.
I just got a 2013 hyundai sonato from van and i love it they are verry nice people who are willing to help people out in any and every way they can my sales person vince was very helpful and friendley when i was finding my new car. If you go online and look at a car and u find one and you go down there they will help you find one simular or even better that is how i found my car van chevrolet is the best if i ever need another car im definately am going back
