They had our car for 25 days to do minimal work. They had it for 7 days when my husband called to check on it, they said they had to order a part. I called the next week and apparently we needed to give approval for the repair. I'm like, I thought that is what my husband did when he called asking about the repair. The front desk lady wasn't pleasant and had no response to that. They gave an estimate to our jnsurance company who sent us a check. I even called the day of to get a final price to make sure it matched up to what our insurance company mailed us. 4 hours later as I signed our check over he said the price was less and they would send the insurance company the difference. Well played. Then my husbands car almost didn't make it home. He took it straight back and the battery was low and the guy that helped us said it was just a coincidence. Car is running fine now but this has been a nightmare. Please go somewhere else!!!
I've dealt with these guys with a couple different vehicles. I've had hail damage, keyed vehicles, dents in doors, etc. John is great to deal with, always has a smile on his face and happy to help do what he can. Marsha seems to get a bad reputation from those reviewing, but I'm not sure why. She was pleasant with me, it's all about how you approach others. I'd recommend dealing with these folks for any repair needs. They have a great reputation, and were highly recommended to me years ago the first time I used their services. Repair work is was really matters in a body shop, not the receptionists attitude, and when it comes to repair these guys are superb.
But the rest of the experience was pretty amazing and even the front lady wasn’t rude to me - I could just see the potential. I had the feeling she didn’t take no bs from no one.
I have just had to deal with one of the most stressful situations I have had to deal with in quite a while and Marsh and the owner were beyond helpful. They bent over backwards to help me & figure out my situation. Even James one of the mechanics helped me unload my totaled car and get everything situated. I was so anxious bc everyone has a poor body shop story. I am so thankful I have the opposite and know if I am ever in this situation again I got a place I trust. Would totally recommend them!
I can see why people do not like the front desk lady...she is obviously the owners wife or something. But approach her with kid gloves and everything seems to go well.
This is the second time I've had experiences with this repair shop, and I will not go anywhere else. Very professional service, dependable, and excellent results. They even negotiated to get the OEM parts after the insurance would only pay for used. When I picked up my Tacoma Truck, Rob sat down with me and went over all the work done, why it was done like it was, and any issues that may have occurred. My truck was returned like new, and even washed and vacuumed. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone!
