My fiancée and I broke down in Kansas City last week when we moved her to Nashville from Colorado and the folks at this shop were incredibly kind and encouraging. They went well out of their way to help us on a Sunday morning get back on the road and the cost was better than reasonable. Thank you, Antioch Muffler and Brake team!
These guys seem to have a weird amount of bad reviews for the great experiences I've had here. They take an exceptional amount of care in their work and everything they've done for me has been spot on with more than reasonable pricing. I think a lot of the negativity is due to an ex-employee, PK, who the generous owners gave a couple too many chances. This employee did third-party work and had people meet him at the shop. I don't think that this should reflect badly on the business as they did not broker the work and if they had I would have no doubt that it would have been handled in a much more professional manner.
I never check the reviews cause its always on someones mood or just having a bad day.
Today I needed my Muffler done. I went to them cause the last place I went was about low cost and cheap parts that didn't last. Here was my first time and these guys care about there job and gives you a fair and real price. Plus they will give you a ride home if you need it. I find these guys to be all for it. Try them out. I will say the mechanic sucks on his welding plus he shows up when he feels like and not do his job and needs to be replaced. Other then that 3 hour wait cause of the guy. Other then that they would drive you home if needed and even drop off your car for you.
Great customer service, they are affordable with good quality work. I had a simple fix and they took good care of me at a great price!
Maybe they're great at mufflers and brakes. But I'd rent my U-Haul somewhere else if I were you. A couple days after a day of snow and sleet, I went in to rent a pick-up. The guy behind the counter said the pickup he was renting me was full of gas and that I would be expected to top off the tank before I brought it back. I found the pickup's windshield covered in ice and snow. And the truck bed had an inch-and a half of ice on it. When I was bringing it back I realized the tank had only been half-full when it was checked out to me. Fulfilling my obligation, I topped off the tank, putting thirty dollars in. I had used no more than six dollars of gas.
