I've unfortunately had to bring my car to Cooper's a couple times for various problems. They're always very professional and keep me up-to-date on what's going on with my vehicle. It's usually finished in a timely manner. I have no experience with other places in order to compare costs, but what I've paid seems reasonable to me. Highly recommend them for service.
He never did fix it. He never did refund ANY of my money. He killed my car and charged me $1600 to do so, that's Mr. Cooper, the owner. Eventually I got another car and rather than deal with the BS and stress I just let a lien holder take possession of the car to clear the debt and be done with the whole mess. BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MAJOR WORK - THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE -AND WILL NOT TREAT YOU FAIRLY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG

Charged me 1600 for a job in late march. They still have my car, it doesn't run right, and they refused to provide a loaner or rental for all the additional visits after the initial job or to issue a refund.
A little more expensive then some other places, they know what they are doing.
